Harry came over because he got some technical problems. Today he made the first step forward 😀 In his final set he squatted all his 8!!!!! reps on the right depth 🙂 Welldone Harry. Also his bench press went very solid and during the deadlift his energy was gone…….. I think he made at least 20 sets with squats 😆 Nice to give some contribution in improving somebody’s technique. Because I continue my low weight training I did the follow sets:
Squats 2×8 20kg 2×8 60kg 2×5 90kg 2×5 110kg 2×3 130kg 3x145kg
Bench press 2×8 20kg 2×8 55kg 2×8 75kg 2×5 95kg 5x105kg (1x 120kg with Titan Super RAM :lol:)
Deadlift 2×5 75kg 2×3 125kg 3x165kg 3x195kg
