Ricky squatted 265kg (without belt), bench press (without shirt, next time 😉 ) and deadlifted 275kg. Squat and deadlift are a new personal best. 3rd place on wilkspoints on his 1st equipped powerlifting meet!

Loose suit fits good. Little bit unstable in the movement and very pleased with the result. 2* 260kg
To control the pressure much more it will be wise to squat singles instead of doubles…. Although I’m no fan squatting singles in my training….
Hopefully my body will respond good after this training session….

Believe it or not ? First squat suit training after the IPF Worlds Masters 2016 and after my operation…. I will wear a very loose suit from the middle to the top. It will be easy to put the suit fully on. And it will be much to easier to squat and control the pressure… Although that is my thinking ? at this point. Also I wear a Velocity suit instead the Centurion. The Velocity stretches easier and also stretches side ways and up ways. The centurion stretches only up ways.
